    HunterAt 49yrs of age I decided to test my overall fitness by entering a strength, endurance, and agility competition. Upon thinking it through I decided I was not only going to test it but enhance it. I had heard about Adam who was said to be an amazing trainer, so, I decided to go meet him and see if he was up for the challenge. He was super excited about the opportunity to train me for this competition. He was confident that with both his training methods and my ability and determination he was going to have me “Smash it” and to whip me into the best shape of my life. Adam set out and implemented an intensive training program for the next ten weeks up to the competition. I ended up placing 2nd overall, 1st place went to an Experienced and seasoned Personal Trainer. I out lifted, pressed, stepped, men half my age.
    Adam pushed, trained, encouraged and laughed me through those grueling ten weeks and the outcome was I surpassed every expectation and goal for the competition as well as my some of my own personal bests.

    I have had chronic back pain for over two years and it really affected my lifestyle. I wanted to be healthy and fit, but did not think a gym was an option. A co-worker suggested that I join T&A Fitness as they specialized in injuries and could work with me. Adam was great, he customized a program for me and my back and it felt great to be back in a gym after 2 years. Adam helped me with stretching which I now understand is just as Michelleimportant as the workout itself. Over a few months though, I felt discouraged as my back still really limited my workouts and what I wanted to accomplish. I had really great days and I had really bad days. On one particular bad day I started my workout but had nothing left in me. Adam helped me with some more stretches but knew I needed more. On this one particular day I could barely walk and Adam went way above the call of duty and had one of his sports/recreational therapists come in on an unscheduled day to have a look at my back. Long story short, my back felt amazing after just one treatment.......and gave me enough motivation to continue with my workouts. I know that I will feel better and healthier each day and I haven't felt this good in 2 years!! is is a full service gym. The staff cares about you and is just as thrilled about your successes as you are.

    I can't tell you how happy I am that I joined this gym. e staff really truly cares about your well-being and that is really hard to find today!

    Kathie & MartinWe started our quest to work out to make sure we would look great in our ball gowns as we are the event planners for the Brazilian Carnival Ball.  We were looking for a friendly, non intimidating and well equipped gym environment. Theodorou & Associates Fitness fit perfectly. We have been working out with Adam for over a year and a combined weight loss of over 60 pounds and 4 dress sizes each has us looking and feeling great. Training with Adam has been great fun (ok and sometimes painful). Each week his encouragement and innovative training skills have kept us motivated. We are thrilled with our trimmer bodies and our increased strength, stamina and flexibility.

    MarkStaying fit has always been important to me. It is much more than feeling good about the way I look.  I have tried various ways of getting the exercise I need.  I have joined many gyms, taken regular classes, joined sports leagues etc.  The problem was I could never afford the time and always wound up dropping out.  

    Working with Adam I have been able to improve my fitness with a lot less wasted time.  Having a professional work on a program designed specifically for my goals and my body type I have been able to accomplish my fitness objective and do it on a drastically reduced schedule.  What’s more important is that Adam updates the program along with my progress.


    The bottom line is that I have been able to improve my physical health without taking time away from the rest of my busy life.  I feel great, I sleep well, I have more energy and I am not falling into the rut that most people seem to fall into when they age.  Working with Adam has literally solved an area of my life.

    LauraI had weight problems for the last 8 years of my life after having a baby, poor eating habits, sedentary lifestyle and following fad diets, losing weight then gaining it all back. In my 20s I had exercised but never really got anywhere because I wasn't taught what to do for optimum results. I never had any real focus. I'm now in my 30s and I knew I had to do something to improve my health, and to teach my son good lifestyle habits!

    Since working with Adam, I have been more consistent in my workouts, have developed core strength (something I never paid much attention to before, but now realize how important it really is) flexibility and discipline. I have started to reshape my body, and I look forward to more progress!

    Many of my co-workers (22 and counting!) have since joined, and our company has now offered a membership to T &A as a paid benefit to all employees!

    It is my pleasure to share my story and to call the trainers at this gym: my friends!

    DerekI have been training with Adam at Theodorou & Associates Personal Training and Wellness Centre for just over a year. The thing that separates Adam from the other trainers I have worked with in the past is his vast wealth of knowledge of the entire fitness spectrum. Adam combines this knowledge with experience, enthusiasm and energy for a challenging client specific workout every day.

    When I first started training at T&A fitness I had two goals in mind. I wanted to shed some of the extra pounds I gained at University as well as improve my strength overall. Little did I know that I would achieve so much more! Adam immediately identified a major area of concern in my shoulder that was prohibiting me from exercising to my fullest potential due to postural deviations. This nagging shoulder injury that prevented me from doing a single push-up was corrected with exercises specific to my body. My posture has improved dramatically and I am now 100% pain free.  

    I continue to work with Adam on a weekly basis as we have implemented a strict training routine. I have lost over 15 pounds of fat, added inches of muscle to my frame and improved my hockey game considerably with a much more powerful stride over the past year.

    Thanks to Adam and the staff at T&A for helping me reach my goals and pushing me to achieve my new ones.

    DerekMy name is Gilad. People also call me Funny but Hyper Boy. I have been a client of Adams for two years. I am 21 years old and now weigh 165 pounds.

    When I was 19 years old I weighed 205 pounds. I used to be really fat! It reached a point where I was getting bigger and bigger day by day. I decided I needed to make a change in my life. I set a goal which was to stop eating junk, start eating right and to exercise! I had no idea where to begin. That is when I came into to have a consultation with Adam.

    Adam put me on a weight management program. It explained in detail how much weight I needed to loose and showed me a break down of the right foods to eat. He has also taught me how to set goals and how to build up to them and reach them in the right way. It was tough at first I will say, but I had to do it. Nothing in life comes easy.

    Adam is a great role model and a great personal trainer. He got me into shape quickly.  I am not trying to suck up....it is the truth. The reason I can say that is because LOOK AT ME NOW! He cares, and puts you to work hard to reach the goals you set in the time frame in which you want to accomplish them.  He is a great motivator and an enthusiastic person.  He knows what he is doing, and does a great job at it.  Keep up the good work Adam.
